Payments

Your order must be paid in full before we process and ship your order.

 Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which accepts all major credit cards or Paypal.

Orders placed/shipped within Indiana will be subject to the sales tax required by the state.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted and only ship to the address on your order. Please make sure your information is correct during checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Ready to ship items are shipped within 5-7 business days. Usually sooner, but sometimes life happens so we've added a couple of days as a buffer. If your order also contains preorder items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder items are ready to ship. If you'd like ready to ship items to ship separately from preorder items, please order them separately.

Preorders (mystery clubs, holiday kits, etc.) ship within 3-5 weeks, unless otherwise noted in the preorder listing. We do our best to get them out sooner when possible.

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

US Customers:
Orders 15 oz. and under ship via USPS First Class Mail and DO NOT include insurance. Packages over 15 oz. ship USPS Priority Mail and are insured up to $50.

International Customers

International packages aren't always trackable once they’ve left the United States.

We are not responsible for any customs/brokerage fees you may have to pay to release your item from the shipping service. We have zero control over these fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason.
 
Once in the hands of the USPS/UPS/DHL, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. Please consider purchasing insurance.

If you’d like to purchase insurance, please email us with your order number and we will send you an invoice for the insurance charge.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify the issue.


We do our best to capture colors as accurately as possible in our photos, but due to differences in screen calibrations colors may vary.

Yarn - each listing contains a photo of the current batch of yarn. Batches may contain more than 2 skeins. The photo is representative of the batch as a whole.

Bags - each listing contains a photo of a single bag. That bag represents the lot of bags as a whole. The bag you receive may not have the same fabric placement as the bag in the photo.
